We endeavour to provide a fast turnaround on all orders with most being dispatched the day they are placed. Customers can assist us by writing names and addresses clearly and by quoting catalogue numbers whenever possible. Our policy is to supply bona fide trade customers only. We do not supply the general public.

Orders can be placed by post, fax, E-mail or telephone, including our out of hours answer phone service. Personal callers are welcome.

Payment may be made by cheque, cash, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Delta). Alternatively a monthly credit account can be established on receipt of suitable references.

All merchandise is inspected prior to despatch, but should goods arrive damaged, or short, the carrier must be notified immediately, and we should be advised. No claims can be entertained if not made within 3 days of receipt. The non arrival of goods must be notified within 10 days of the date of the invoice. No goods can be accepted for return without permission. In all cases, please quote the original invoice number, reason for return, and action required.

All pictures and descriptions are intended to be accurate representations. However, during the life of this catalogue it may be necessary to make changes and substitutions due to circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a serious complaint regarding service or merchandise, a letter should be sent for the attention of the Managing Director. You have our assurance it will be investigated, and an explanation provided.
