Joined F&N in 1966, with 'Hands on' experience in most areas of the company. Previous responsibilities included extensive overseas travel, visiting customers throughout the world. Succeeded current chairman Geoff Newman as Managing Director in 1981. Overall responsibility for the company.

Started with the company in 1988 spending early years travelling the country and getting to know our customers. Now whilst more officebound, he still likes to get out whenever he can. Chief responsibilities are for sales and general management.

Joined F&N in 1997. As well as assisting the sales team, she is responsible for purchasing and general office administration. Also responsible for the companys cover manufacturing unit.

Began his career with the company in 1962, during which time he has gained considerable experience of all aspects of company accountancy, both before and after the advent of computers. Chief responsibilities include customer accounts, payroll and computer supervision.

A qualified engineer, Mick has been associated with F&N for more than 20 years. He has designed, built and operated a number of specialised machines essential for the production of parts unobtainable elsewhere. Responsible for manufacturing and general warehouse management.

  A relative  newcomer to the F&N, having joined the company in 1999, Katrina, who hails from Scotland, has proved herself popular with both customers and colleagues alike. Other duties include computer operation.
